Once again, Karazin University took part in the “Night of Science” campaign and hospitably welcomed everyone who wanted to know more deeply about themselves and the world around them.
A rich program awaited the guests of Karazin University. Each faculty and research institution tried to impress with its scientific developments, research, trainings and show something interesting, unusual.
Also, everyone could see various microorganisms under a microscope, get acquainted with the work of a powerful laser, Tesla generator, Gaussian gun, ionophone, undergo practical psychodiagnostics and get expert advice on vital functionality, stress resistance, measure the level of radiation and water pollution.
Demonstrations of chemical, physical and biological experiments took place in the lobby of the main building.
In addition, as part of the “Night of Science”, excursions were conducted to the Museum of Archeology, the Museum of the History of the University, the Museum of Nature and the Research Institute of Astronomy.
The Faculty of Geology, Geography of Recreation and Tourism also took part in the event and presented visitors with a bright and diverse collection of stones, minerals and rocks. And they acquainted visitors with microscopic methods for studying minerals and rocks.
On this day, everyone was able to get to know the multi-faceted and progressive scientific world of Kharkov and understand that we have something to be proud of.
