Consultant professor, candidate of geological-mineralogy Sciences.
He graduated from the A. M. Gorky Kharkov state University (1959). To 1982 – worked at the Ukrainian research Institute of natural gases (senior researcher, head. sector of hydrogeology). In 1968 he defended his thesis on “hydrological conditions of North-Western and Central parts of the Dnieper-Donets basin in connection with the distribution of oil and gas fields”.
From 1986 to 1995 – head of the Department of hydrogeology.
Teaches courses: “Mineral water”, “Regional Geology and hydrogeology”, “Oil and gas hydrogeology”, “Unconventional sources of hydrocarbons”.
Direction of scientific activity – regional and petroleum hydrogeology; the formation of groundwater and hydrogeological conditions of a CRP and the district. Of Kharkov; the problem of drinking and mineral waters, the evolution of the chemical composition of the waters of the World ocean. The proposed scheme hydrodynamic zonation zonation of water-soluble gases for the first time a map of the zoning DDV under the terms of the distribution of formation pressure, including the abnormally high (1983) developed a model of formation brines.
