In 2014 he graduated from the Kharkiv national University named after V. N. Karazin Kharkiv national University with honors in the specialty “Hydrology” and got qualification “master of hydrogeology”.
Since 2014 working at the Department of hydrogeology. In 2015 he became a full-time graduate student in the Department of hydrogeology.
In 2018, Rotsi completed a full-time postgraduate study and cleaned up a candidate for thesis for specialty 06/21/01 – Eco-friendly bezpeka.
Direction of scientific activity – the protection of underground hydrosphere, anthropogenic impact on the geological environment.
